Visit of the Consul General of the Dominican Republic in Zurich

The Consulate General of the Republic of Serbia in Zurich had the pleasure of welcoming a delegation from the Consulate General of the Dominican Republic in Zurich, composed of Consul General Mr. José Luis Diaz and Consul Ms. Mayelin Rodriguez.

The distinguished guests were received by the Consul General of the Republic of Serbia in Zurich, Mr. Mihajlo Šaulić, together with his colleagues. During the cordial and constructive meeting, views were exchanged on topics of mutual interest, as well as on opportunities to enhance cooperation between the two countries, particularly in the fields of consular affairs, diaspora, and cultural exchange.

The Consul General of the Republic of Serbia expressed sincere condolences for the tragic loss of lives and the number of people injured following the roof collapse incident in Santo Domingo, which occurred on April 8, 2025.

Both sides expressed their readiness to continue communication and strengthen bilateral relations through concrete activities and initiatives on both the local and international levels.
